The Village at Legacy Pointe, a beautiful three-story Independent Living apartment complex has nine floor plans  ranging from 735 to 1345 square feet to choose from.

The apartments are complete with Maytag appliances to include individual apartment washer and dryer, window treatments and the option of heated underground parking. There are no entry or endowment fees.

The monthly rent includes congregate meal service. Amenities include a building security system, various lounge areas, library, fitness room, one meal a day and light housekeeping. All utilities are included with the exception of telephone and cable TV service.
